Want to have that sexy white teeth like those celebrities you watch on E! ? well before we start you should know the kind of stuff that stains your teeth, these are tobacco, tea, coffee, red wines, alcholic beverages and the like. This substances are very good for the body but can also stain your teeth, so what am i saying ? simple, you should reduce the intake of some of this substances.
To give your thing that white shade you’ve always wanted be sure to do the following.
1. Of course you know i dont have to tell you to brush and floss your teeth regularly if possible after each meal, it will go a long way to help your teeth stay healthy, clean and germ free.
2. Avoid smoking seriosly, its not good for your health neither for your teeth, and if you must take coffee, tea and the like you should be sure to brush after enjoying the liquid or rather rinse mouth with water, its better than nothing.
3. Pay a visit to that old dentist at least once a month if not for the fact that you want your teeth cleaned but that he spent more that 4-years learning stuck with learning about the human cavity ! aint he worth it ?
4. Hydrogen peroxide and strawberries can help whiten your teeth but be careful not to over use them, could cause your teeth to become weak and it wont be too long before your cavity looks like my old grandma back in the country.
5. Use baking soda. Many of the toothpastes on the market include baking soda in their ingredients because it is so effective. But you don't have to buy special toothpaste. You can mix baking soda with a dash of salt and add a little vinegar to make a homemade tooth whitener.
6. Ever considered a in-office power bleaching treatment ? a one-hour treatment can give you that sexy smile that with shades from 5 -10 whiter.
