1. Exercise daily do you could just jug early in the morning and engage in a sport that you enjoy.
2. Dont skip breakfast, most people skip breakfast and this makes them to eat much during lunch and just messes everything up.
3. Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner cut all the junk food you eat during your break and if you have to fruits are the best.
4. Drink lots of water this goes a long way to help your body metabolism, couldnt be overstressed.
5. Avoid eating late dinner, this stores in your stomach because by then your stomach just cant digest them and just stores them as fat which is just not right for your weight loss project.
6. Dont just sit in front of the TV all day take a walk down your street.
7. Cut out those fatty foods, let your menu contain more of vegetables and fibre.
